Glenvill was involved from the initial design and specification through construction, assisting the developer in delivery of these well planned, functional and above all quality products to the market.

The ‘B’ Stewart Street 60 Townhouses
A unique marketing concept which allowed the developer to hand over administration of clients to the builder. Glenvill have provided consultation through the planning and design phase to ensure viability of the project from conception to completion.
Built in 3 stages, 60 individual townhouses designed by Rothe Lowman reflect the changing face of Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The bold use of render, colourbond, glass and feature windows create clean sharp lines externally, with square set plaster stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances setting a modern internal theme.
Silverwater Residential Builder for Brico Pty Ltd 180 Apartments
Located just outside San Remo and overlooking Westernport Bay. The 180 apartments in 21 buildings designed by DKO Architects make a striking statement with a mix of masonry, light weight claddings and balconies accessed via stacker sliding doors to combined external and internal living spaces. Feature emportite joinery, stone bench tops and air-conditioning internally set a clean modern theme.

Mt Martha Retirement Villas Stages 1, 2a & 2b Resident Builder for Prime Life Corporation
Designed to reflect the expectations of the local market, Glenvill has built villas ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms. External stonework and render compliment the brickwork and exposed aggregate paving. Cathedral ceilings dominate the interior featuring granite bench tops, stainless steel appliances and reverse cycle air conditioning.
This project includes 77 townhouses, 150 new apartments, 75 warehouse conversions and Commercial Heritage precinct.
Our Project Management team has overseen all facets of the development including Civil Works and Apartment Buildings while the construction team built the townhouses and warehouse conversions.
