We approached Glenvill and after visiting some of their Display Homes to seek advice on extending and renovating our home. Andrew from Glenvill came to see us to take measurements, discuss our needs and expected expenditure. He was knowledgeable and we were impressed with his ideas. When we decided to go with Glenvill they organized everything. An engineer went through the house and others tested the soil and marked out the boundaries. Glenvill handled my queries efficiently and without delay. From the start to the final plans stage there were weekly and sometimes fortnightly meeting at our house in the evening (so that my husband could attend). Andrew was our point of contact and he was always amicable, approachable and patient. He always returned my (sometimes tedious) telephone calls. When the Plan and preliminaries were completed we went to Glenvill’s showroom to select and sign off on the type of products, colours, fittings and accessories. Glenvill arranged for the construction work to be carried out by Hazeldene Management, and we entered into an agreement with Gary, the principal. In less than two weeks demolition work started and we had monthly work-in-progress meetings with Gary. We find Gary a delightful, responsible and experienced builder. When we were unable to inspect the site during the week, he had gone out of his way to meet us on Sundays. With no experience in the building trade, we largely left the construction process to Gary and he ensured the work is carried out to a high standard and to our satisfaction. We moved back to our house eight months after the construction work started. Where there were concerns, Braden Murphy who works with Gary has been quick to rectify the problems. Although the renovation of our house is disruptive it has not been stressful. Gary and Braden were only a phone call away and they always acted promptly. We are happy with the extension and renovation carried out by Glenvill Homes and Hazeldene Management. P & S

On behalf of my sister Lilly and myself, I would like to thank Glenvill Homes and all staff associated in the building of our home. Despite the lengthy process (mainly due to council/building permit problems) the experience has been fantastic and given the opportunity to build another home in the future, we would have no hesitation in choosing Glenvill as our preferred builder. I would like to single out two people out that have gone above and beyond their normal duties to ensure the smooth process of building our home. It has been incredibly rewarding and relatively stress free. Firstly, I want to mention Kevin, our Home Co-ordinator. Kevin has always been at hand to answer my queries or problems that we had during the building process and always ensured a speedy follow-up. Our conversations and dealing with Kevin always left us feeling confident that everything was running smoothly. He has been very patient with us and has always explained and helped us understand any processes that we are not familiar with. We can not wait to finally meet you Kevin in person at handover stage. Graham, our Building Supervisor is one in a million. I’m not sure if you’re aware of how lucky you are to have Graham as a Building Supervisor. Graham is incredibly thorough, patient, understanding and accommodating and we always felt as though he built our home like it was his own. Graham deserves a medal for the speedy construction. Thank you for providing the photos of the house, I aim to use the same colours for the fascia and window frames and use the photos to get ideas on landscaping the gardens. My current builder who is overseeing the work undertaken at the house has commended the quality of work your contractors have done.
